Proactive Risk Inc. provides the Services Guide, when applicable, as a written description of service capabilities or operating practices. It becomes part of an engagement only when expressly incorporated into an executed Quote or SOW. The signed MSA and applicable Quote or SOW govern the engagement; a Services Guide does not establish or change scope, fees, payment terms, or other legal or commercial terms.
